MOVE-IN, LEASE TERMS
Lease term options range from 12-16 months.

No, we do not currently offer furnished units.
Lease assignments or transfers are subject to landlord approval in accordance with the lease agreement.
Under the Residential Tenancies Act, an N9 form with a minimum of 60 days’ notice is the standard requirement for ending a tenancy.
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside apartments or in any indoor or outdoor common areas of the building.
West House is a smoke-free environment to help ensure a clean and comfortable living experience for all residents.

Yes, resident parking is available.
Once paid parking has been arranged, residents will be assigned a designated parking space.
Yes, we offer EV charging stations.
Package delivery is managed through Luxer One secure lockers.
Residents receive a notification through the Luxer One app when their package arrives. Packages can then be picked up from the self serve locker room at their convenience.

Yes, underground paid parking is available on level P2
Guests can access the building through the secure entry system using the resident intercom.
Visitor access can be granted through one time entry codes or coordinated through concierge, depending on the time of day and building procedures.
Yes. West House offers 24 hour concierge service, with on-site personnel available 24/7 to assist residents and manage building access.

PETS
Yes. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Each pet must weigh 99 lbs or less and be spayed or neutered.
Service animals and assistance animals are welcome, subject to disability-related need and applicable documentation.

The following breeds are not permitted in the community: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldog, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof. Additional community-specific breed restrictions may apply.
We permit up to 2 pets per unit.
Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or restrictions.
